首先,妳需要從舊衣櫃裡翻出一條不要的瑜珈褲。

接著把瑜珈褲的褲管打結,越緊越好,不然等等Angel們用力拉時怕會解體喔。

打好結後,用力向外拉,確認結是否牢固。確認過後將原本只有一圈的瑜珈褲變成兩圈,讓瑜珈褲的圈圈size縮小。

將兩腿套進縮小後的瑜珈褲,位置可以在膝蓋下方或膝蓋上方,隨個人喜好決定。

鍛鍊工具已經準備完成啦,接下來才是關鍵!

深蹲夾腿式

1. 套進瑜珈褲後,使用右腳或左腳往45度角向前進,往下蹲呈現深蹲姿勢。

2. 停留3~4秒後將大腿內側用力往內夾。

3. 接著將大腿往外打開,回復到先前深蹲姿勢狀態,一樣停留3~4秒。

4. 換另一隻腳繼續往45度角前進,重複先前大腿網內再往外動作。

5. 最後,用其中一隻腳往後退,繼續深蹲,重複往內夾再往外擴的大腿運動。
