IPSS國際專業巨星小S徐熙娣,繼上次在米蘭時裝週以極度時髦的態度&造型力壓一干眾女星後,這次也依舊在巴黎時裝週颳起一陣時髦的S旋風!據說小S徐熙娣為了這次巴黎時裝週,也是卯足了盡在做準備,不僅染了新髮色,已經夠瘦得她居然還在兩週內瘦了5公斤,更自拍PO上網跟粉絲分享說穿起了許多年前買那好久未穿的超緊牛仔褲,而現在似乎還有點鬆,更喊話「牛仔褲啊~你再跩也跩不過下定決心的國際巨星」,可見國際巨星的減肥大計可是沒在客氣的,先來驚呼下小S徐熙娣在機場街拍的鉛筆腿!

♥巴黎時裝週備戰激瘦食譜

早餐:一小塊五榖雜糧麵包搭配無鹽奶油和一杯無糖咖啡

午餐:椰子油炒青菜(可選擇自己愛吃的青菜)/煎蛋/比半碗還再少一點的白稀飯

晚餐:一模一樣,但可以把煎蛋換成番茄炒蛋

*六點以前要把晚餐吃完,不過這時九點半左右就會有飢餓感,但如果真的比較不耐餓的Angels,可以去便利商店買無糖燕麥粥喝喔!

不過小S徐熙娣也說,也請大家多吃纖維否則像她這次來巴黎居然就遇到「大不出來」的問題,她的髮妝師更建議小S靠著冥想就能順利便便,讓小S破口大飆粗話,最後還好靠著椰子油順利解救她~
